Digital products, AI prompts, downloadable resources, and online course materials purchased from AIRenderLab are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical failure resulting in non-delivery

• Incorrect billing
